Driving Change. Fueling Independence. Uplifting Women.

Invisible Woman Collective is more than a name—it’s a movement. Founded on the belief that transportation is a right, not a privilege, we exist to remove the roadblocks keeping single mothers—especially Black women and women of color—from accessing opportunity.

Rooted in Youngstown, Ohio, and powered by purpose, we are a hybrid organization blending nonprofit impact with sustainable business practices. Through vehicle access, financial education, legal support, and local partnerships, we’re building a community-driven model of empowerment—one ride, one family, one woman at a time.

Karnina Szymanski — Advocate, Leader, Changemaker

Born and raised in Youngstown, Ohio, Karnina Szymanski brings over two decades of experience in the insurance industry—including executive leadership in Property & Casualty—to the mission of Invisible Woman Collective. Her expertise in financial security, risk management, and community-focused solutions is the foundation of a bold, sustainable vision: transforming transportation from a barrier into a bridge.

Karnina’s passion for equity and empowerment runs deep. Her work as Treasury Chair for “Putt Out Hunger,” an annual nonprofit fundraiser, reinforced her belief in the power of access, financial literacy, and community engagement.
